If you make a purchase of child identification products, educational products, or stand alone ink and/ or DNA products, Fingerprint America, Inc. collects your name, billing address, billing phone number, email and credit card information. Fingerprint America, Inc. uses such information ONLY for processing your order and to contact you via email if you indicated that you wished to receive an email notification of updates or new forms and your credit card number is not stored on this site or our servers.

If you choose to contact us via email, snail mail or telephone, Fingerprint America, Inc. may retain such information also.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The parties who perform services for us (credit card processors, merchant bank, our Internet Service Provider) may also have access to your information in performing such services. Should we buy or sell assets of our company, another company may need to review our company's assets, including your information, to make business decisions as to whether to acquire such assets.

If you desire not to receive information ("Opt-out") or if you wish to access, delete or correct you information, please send Fingerprint America, Inc. an email to customerservice@fingerprintamerica.com with "Remove From List" in the subject line.
